USER AGREEMENT
User Agreement (the “Agreement”) ruling the relationship between Bucefalo Games, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter, the “Developer”), a Company legally incorporated in Mexico, therefore ruled by its law and you, as final user, concerning the use of the videogame “Deadlivery Night” (hereinafter, the "Game"), developed and owned by the Developer.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from downloading, installing, accessing and using the Game.
2. LICENSE
Conditioned to your compliance with this Agreement, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. The property rights inherent to the Game will not be transferred to you by virtue of this Agreement and the Game will remain owned by the Developer.
3. RESTRICTIONS
By downloading, installing, accessing or using the Game, you agree not to perform any unauthorized or unlawful conduct in connection with the Game; for example purposes but without limiting the Developer’s right to enact actions against any conduct breaching the nature of this agreement, shall refrain from:
- Attempting or performing reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the Game.
- Using cheats, automation software, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software, as well as not altering the Game’s software by any means.
- Exploiting bugs or using the Game in a way that gives you or others an unfair advantage.
- Selling, renting, leasing, licensing, distributing, or otherwise transferring the Game or any part of it.
- Use the Game for any kind of commercial purpose.
- Use the Game in connection with any unlawful activity.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, titles, and interest in and to the Game, including but not limited to all graphics, music, code, and trademarks, are and will remain owned by the Developer. You agree not to use the Game in a manner that would breach clause 2 of this Agreement, as well as not to reproduce or transfer any of these materials without prior written permission.
5. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Developer may terminate this Agreement and your access to the Game at any time without notice if you violate any terms of this Agreement or if the Developer decides to discontinue offering the Game or to stop supporting it. Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the Game.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Game is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” The Developer makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Game, including but not limited to its performance, reliability, or suitability for your purposes, including the present and eventual future downloadable content.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Game.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict of laws principles, as to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
The Developer may update this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Game after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. The Agreement will always be public at the following website: [Insert link to the Agreement]
